TICKET HOLDERS MUST PRESENT THEIR WHY DON’T WE CONCERT TICKETS AND OTHER SHOW CREDENTIALS (IF ANY, EX: PWD ID OR SENIOR CITIZEN ID) UPON ENTRY.

The show may contain a sequence of flashing lights and loud noise which may affect event goers who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy/hyperacusis or other photo/noise sensitivities.

Ticketnet is the only authorized ticketing agency for this event. There is no guarantee that tickets bought from unauthorized sellers will be valid tickets, as these may be counterfeit or in breach of the terms and conditions set forth by the authorized ticketing agency and therefore cancelled.

Any customer that resells their ticket at a premium (i.e. an inflated price); resells this ticket through a broker or agent; advertises or offers this ticket for resale including on the internet; or uses this ticket for advertising, promotion or other commercial purpose (including competitions or trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, without the prior written permission of promoter may have their transaction cancelled.

For Standing Sections:

1. Standing sections are only open to adults (18 years old and above) and minors from 12 to 17 years old. Minors must be accompanied in the same section by a ticket bearing parent or guardian 18 years old and above. (2 minors : 1 adult)
2. Parents/guardians will be responsible for their kids’ safety at all times. 
3. Minors without parents/guardians will not be allowed in the standing section.
4. Pregnant women and patrons with medical conditions are not allowed in the standing section.
5. Valid school or government IDs must be presented upon ticket purchase and venue entry.
6. PWD must be accompanied by at least one (1) able ticket bearing companion. There will be a specific area for PWD attendees. 

For Seated Sections:

1. Seated sections are only open to adults (18 years old and above) and minors from 6 to 17 years old. However, minors must be accompanied in the same section by a ticket-bearing parent or guardian 18 years old and above (5 minors : 1 adult)
2. Parents/guardians will be responsible for their kids’ safety at all times. 
3. Pregnant women and patrons with medical condition/s are required to declare their conditions and medications at the entrance.
4. Valid school or government IDs must be presented upon ticket purchase and venue entry.
5. PWD must be accompanied by at least one (1) able ticket bearing companion. There will be a specific area for PWD attendees.
